TRANS-LOGGER – wireless temperature control system in transport

TRANS-LOGGERTRANS-LOGGER is a comprehensive solution used for the control and registration of air temperature in the cargo spaces of means of transport, in which temperature-sensitive goods are transported. The system consists of a set of devices with battery power supply:

  • tablet or smartphone in the driver’s cab with Android system, with an optional built-in or external Bluetooth printer,
  • the temperature and door opening recorder, with WiFi interface, located in controlled zones, which can be:

Measurements from thermometers, as well as information from the door opening sensors attached to them, are sent via the WiFi interface from the recorders to the tablet in which the TRANS-LOGGER application is installed. In the event of temporary loss of the WiFi connection between the tablet and the thermometers, after reconnection, the application completes the missing measurements.

The application TRANS-LOGGER on the tablet (smartphone) displays the current results of temperature measurement in controlled places, the status of door sensors, signals exceeding alarm thresholds, allows you to review the history of measurements in the form of graphs or maps with registered route and prints reports on the attached mobile Bluetooth printer.

Data from the tablet (smartphone) can be sent over the cellular network to the external system database, where it is collected by the LBX SERVER program, allowing simultaneous supervision of many independent TRANS-LOGGER systems.

More information about the TRANS-LOGGER system can be found on the LAB-EL website.
